If this ever occurs, we will replace 100% of the damaged material and, unlike most other product guarantees, we will also cover any freight charges involved and pay a fair industry labor rate to reinstall the edging.

*Damage to our edging from hand or power tools is not covered (i.e. shovel, lawn mower, power edger, or snow blower damage).  Guarantee is only valid on domestic orders.

We ship our edgings world-wide, always striving for the most efficient and reliable means.  If there is ever a problem with a shipment, we make it our problem and work directly with the carrier to resolve it for you.  If a shipment comes up short or damaged, mark it clearly on the freight bill and notify our sales office immediately.  We will file the claim for you and make the proper adjustments.
